Reveries Meetup. Cool News of the Day is joining the ranks of one of the most fascinating concepts since Google. It is called Meetup, and it enables people with similar interests (like marketing, for example) to put their heads together and maybe make something happen. Or maybe just have a good time.

We think this could be a great way for Cool News readers -- truly the best, brightest and most creative people in the world -- to network, brainstorm, and solve the world's marketing problems (or at least your own brand's...). The agenda is what you make it, and it matters not where you live because Meetup has assembled a network of local cafes, restaurants, bookstores and other cool places to meet in 604 cities in 45 countries.

Reveries Meetups are already cropping up in Boston, Minneapolis, New York, Chicago, Seattle and Sydney, Australia. We did nothing to encourage this (until now, of course) and it costs you nothing to join. The first Reveries Meetup is on the calendar for Tuesday, November 18th, at 7 p.m., your time.
