Go to poker.meetup.com, and you'll find hundreds of Boston-area players looking to place their bets at home games with friends and strangers alike. But in Massachusetts, a little-known law bans even low-stakes games in private living rooms. We asked two people on opposite sides of the gambling issue whether that should change.
