When we checked its home page, it touted groups of pug owners in Boulder, Colo., scrapbookers in Singapore and people who speak French in Seattle. A reader alerted us to a new meetup.com group: people in Loomis who want to impeach George W. Bush. It has just three members so far and plans to meet Oct. 24.
